What are your production times?  ​

Our lead times depend on the products ordered.

All our furniture is handcrafted to order.

​ It takes between 8 to 10 weeks to manufacture.

Shipping and delivery charges

We offer a flat rate delivery for orders throughout France. 

The amount of shipping costs varies according to the total weight of your order.

This amount will appear at the stage of the basket which precedes payment.

All items are sent via carrier, the delivery time is 2 to 5 days. 

Upon delivery the carrier will contact you, you will need to be present.

• National delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Delivery before 7 p.m.

• Home delivery against signature

Can I return / exchange my order?​

All our products are handmade to order, so please understand that returns are impossible, but upstream communication is the best ally to discuss and think together.

My order is delivered damaged, what should I do? ​

First of all, it is essential to check that all the boxes are intact at the time of delivery, to open them and to check the goods in front of the deliverer.

Your claims, in the event of damaged product, must reach us within 48 working hours of receipt of the goods and refuse delivery to the carrier.

Where are Studio Gaïa products made?​

All of our products are made in the studio at 59 rue Condorcet in Paris

The ceramic tiles come from Italy.
